This page provides information on how to request tournament registrations for Modesto Youth Soccer Association / Ajax United teams. Per club policy, team coaches and managers may not register independently for any tournaments or leagues. 

If your team would like to participate in a tournament or league that is not already assigned by the club, please complete the request form at the bottom of this page. Once submitted, Modesto Youth Soccer Association / Ajax United staff will review your request for alignment with club policies, schedules, and budget. Approved events will be registered directly by the club. If the request is not approved, the coach or team manager will be contacted with an explanation.

No request is needed for club-mandated tournaments and leagues those will be centrally managed and registered by Modesto Youth Soccer Association / Ajax United.
