Joining Modesto Youth Soccer Association / Ajax United’s competitive program means becoming part of a proud tradition of excellence, teamwork, and player development. Our goal is to provide every athlete with the opportunity to grow in a professional, supportive, and challenging soccer environment.
Competitive player registration takes place each year following team tryouts. Once a player has been offered a roster spot, they will receive an official registration invitation via email.
To complete registration, players must:
Log in to their BYGA account (or create one if new to the system).
Complete all online registration forms and waivers.
Submit proof of age (birth certificate or passport).
Pay the initial club deposit to confirm placement.
All players must be registered and paid in full before participating in practices or matches.
Club dues support the full range of services and resources Modesto Youth Soccer Association / Ajax United provides, including:
Professional coaching and player development programs
Field rental and maintenance
League and tournament registration fees
Referee and administrative costs
Insurance and equipment
Payment options are available to make participation accessible to all families.
Full Payment: Pay total dues at registration (discounts may apply).
Installment Plan: Monthly or quarterly payment options available.
Financial Assistance: Limited scholarships and aid are available for qualifying families.
All payments are processed securely online through the BYGA system.
Each player must purchase an official Modesto Youth Soccer Association / Ajax United uniform kit, which includes:
Home and Away jerseys
Shorts and socks
Training top
Uniform ordering instructions are provided after team placement and registration confirmation.
Because competitive teams incur costs upon player commitment, refunds are generally not available after registration, except in approved circumstances (such as injury or relocation). Requests must be submitted in writing to the club administrator for review.
Competitive players are expected to:
Attend all scheduled trainings, matches, and tournaments
Demonstrate sportsmanship and respect at all times
Represent Modesto Youth Soccer Association / Ajax United with pride on and off the field
