MYSA AJAX is committed to ensuring that all players have access to high-quality soccer opportunities, regardless of financial circumstances. We believe that no child should miss out on the chance to play due to cost, and we are proud to offer a Financial Assistance Program to help families in need.
Eligibility & Requirements:
Financial assistance is available to families who demonstrate need and submit all required documentation.
Awards are based on available funds, household income, number of dependents, and other relevant factors.
How to Apply:
Fill and complete the Financial Assistance Application form.
Provide supporting documentation, such as proof of income (tax return, pay stubs, or state aid).
Submit your application before the posted deadline. Late applications may not be accepted.
All applications will be kept strictly confidential and reviewed by our Financial Aid Committee.
Important Notes:
Families awarded financial assistance are still responsible for all payment deadlines unless notified otherwise.
Players must remain in good standing with MYSA AJAX both on and off the field.
